After The Fall will Rize!

Following the release of their newest music video, "In The Night" the popular rock band After The Fall has released an amazing announcement! The contract they'd had with Brun Dug has completed and rather than renew it, the decision has been made to move their band to Rizzo's own music label, Rize Productions! This exciting news comes with a great many questions, and this reporter had the chance to sit down with the studs of After The Fall and get those questions answered!

While After The Fall is going to be under the umbrella of Rize Productions going forward, it by no means indicates that the band is in any way at odds with the Brun Dug label. In fact, Rizzo himself has confirmed that he will be staying on with Brun Dug to continue his roles as producer. "They are a family to us and always will be." He is quoted as saying. "As for why we're doing it, we're simply spreading our creative wings and trying something new. We're very excited too and plan to really up our game. Bring new things to the table. We hope the fans are ready."

With responsibility for Rize Productions, producing for Brun Dug Studios, managing the Daily Grind, and live concerts with his band, Rizzo has quite a full plate, but that doesn't seem to be a problem for the rocker. When asked about his time management, he said, "It's not about me. Never has been. The point is to make great things that have the power to make people feel and sustainability to live for years after I'm gone. That's my only goal."

All of the members are just as excited to make the change over to the new label. When asked about what the move from Brun Dug to Rize Productions would mean to him, Sketch had this to say: "I get to harass my Pika, Harlii, without having to worry about getting pulled into one of those company sexual harassment classes. Other than that, as long as I get a set of sticks to play with, I'm good. Or as Winter so poetically put it...my same smart ass self." However, he adamantly denied there is anything more than just friendship between him and Brun Dug's singer, Harlii McNamara.

The dynamic between the men was high-energy and good-natured ribbing. Winter and Sketch seemed to enjoy poking fun at one another. The dreamy blond heart-throb himself gave his thoughts on the move to Rize Productions while teasing Sketch. Winter was quoted saying, "Switch doesn’t matter to me.  Long as we get to play?  I’ll follow Jordan anywhere.  We just drag Sketch along on a leash." Sketch took it well and joked that the leash would have to be diamond studded and engraved with 'Lady killer'.

The members of the band had differing opinions on why the switch took so much time after Rizzo announced creating his own label. Everyone thought the band would operate under Rize Productions at the very beginning to help boost the label's popularity. Needless to say, that was not needed, as countless talented artists and producers have helped to sky-rocket the company's reputation.

While Winter jokingly suggested the reason for delaying the switch over was comfort, Rizzo corrected him that After The Fall had still been under contract with Brun Dug. He said, "...making such a move should never have been a quick or easy decision to begin with. It's a relationship that we respected enough to [put] as much time and thought into it before coming to a conclusion. Bruce is like a father figure to me, and truly a mentor."

Rizzo went on to say, "Our newest video will be the last under the [Brun Dug] umbrella. As far as what's coming creatively, we're going to seek out the limit of our creativity... and then push past it. That's all I'll say for now. But don't worry, we love our fans, deeply, and will make sure to bring them along with us on this journey. Every step of the way."

This is truly exciting news, and we're thrilled to see where this new adventure leads the three men of After The Fall. The band's fan base is certain to make the transition with them, happily. We can't wait to see what After The Fall, Rize Productions, and its many talented producers has in store for the future.
